Although the Tropical Nights Fundraiser has been going on for years, UMCARD was unable to fully capture the attention of their funding potential due to a lack of online engagement. We changed that!

Our role: concept design, branding, logo design, front-end web development & design, social media content and even photography.

Website LAUNCH

We knew that we couldn't just create a new website in the dark and think everyone would notice. The fact was, they hardly noticed that was a website at all for Tropical Nights. So, we decided to celebrate the launching of a new website as step 1 to this new funding potential.

Website REFRESH

Tropical Nights needed to have the Miami Feel and Energy. So started off by taking a photo of Miami, and making it the staple of the Tropical Nights Homepage. Then we added a much needed Hashtag (#iBenefitAutism) to the branding strategy.

Branding Outreach Collateral

Having a new website means nothing if you can't get people there. So, we created a visual-based strategy to get people to visit the new Tropical Nights website, so they could access pertinent information. Here are a few examples of how we got people to the site!

It's too easy to have an event and then drop off the face of the earth until next year. That isn't sustainable for your event and even less so for your brand. So, we designed a post-event version of the website to keep attendees engaged even after the event was over!

The Post-Event Website includes a full photo album of the event. Each photo can be share individually as well as the complete Instagram and Facebook feeds at the bottom of the page, all with full sharing and commenting capabilities directly on the website.
